Itec Audio Studios: Comprehensive Program Policies

GUARANTEED PROGRAM

At Itec Audio Studios, we pride ourselves on offering industry-leading training with a Guaranteed Quality Assurance Program for our full-program completers. This warranty is designed to provide confidence to both students and employers.

  • Skill Mastery Guarantee: Graduates of our programs are guaranteed to meet the skill standards defined by the professional Audio Industry.
  • Retraining Policy: If an employer certifies that a graduate is deficient in any program skill, Itec Audio Studios will retrain the student at no additional cost to the graduate or the employer.

REGISTRATION

To secure admission, applicants are encouraged to register in person or online during scheduled interviews.

  • Limited Class Sizes: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Enrollment Confirmation: Registration is finalized only after all fees are paid in full.
  • No Mail Registrations: Registrations must be completed online or in person.

TUITION AND COURSE CANCELLATIONS

  • Payment Methods: Tuition fees are accepted via cash, check, money order, Discover, VISA, or MasterCard.
  • Discounts: Returning Itec graduates enrolling in new courses are eligible for discounts.
  • Class Cancellations: Itec reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, in which case students will not be charged.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for canceled classes are automatic, but student-initiated refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made in writing before the second class session.
  • Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee and may take up to 30 days.
  • Refund terms:
    • 7+ days prior to the first class: 75% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before the first class: 50% refund.
    • After the second class begins: No refunds.

Payment plan participants must adhere to all signed agreements. While Itec Audio Studios may offer a one-time enrollment rollover for students withdrawing before the second class, no guarantees are made for future course availability. Overdue payments may be sent to collections.

CLASS SCHEDULES AND ATTENDANCE

  • Schedule Changes: Class times are subject to adjustment. Students will be notified in advance, and refunds will be issued if changes prevent attendance.
  • Attendance Requirement: A minimum 90% attendance rate is mandatory to maintain the program warranty and eligibility for certification.
  • Excused Absences: Must be approved by the director with at least 24 hours’ notice. Makeup sessions incur a $100 fee.
  • Canceled Classes: Sessions canceled by Itec Audio Studios will be rescheduled at no cost.

CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally, maintaining focus and respect throughout the program. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

FACILITY POLICIES

  • Parking: Free parking is available on a limited basis, including designated spaces for disabled persons.
  • Prohibited Substances: Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden on school grounds, with violations reported to authorities.
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility, in accordance with state law.
