Founder & CEO
Wilkis "Ideology" Figuereo is an award-winning music producer, educator, and the CEO/Founder of ITEC Audio Studios with over 26 years of experience in the audio technology and music industry.
He is a New Jersey State Licensed and certified Audio Technology Expert, supervisor, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher. With extensive experience in music production, education, and administrative leadership across K-12 and post-secondary levels.
Wilkis takes a realistic approach to teaching, emphasizing career preparation and entrepreneurship in the music industry. His goal is to not just teach students how to use software, but to prepare them for successful careers in audio production.
As an educational consultant, he has been instrumental in the design and implementation of recording arts programs, and is a proud partner of NYU's Hip Hop Education Center.
