Itec Audio Studios has developed a Guaranteed Quality Assurance (Warranty) Program that is offered to employers who hire our full program completers. Itec Audio guarantees that the students have mastered the program skills as defined by the standards of the Audio Industry. If an employer certifies that a student is deficient in one or more skills, the District will retrain the student at no cost to the graduate, or employer.
In person or online, during the scheduled interviews should be considered as the best option to guarantee admission. Class sizes are limited. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. A student will not be considered enrolled until all fees are paid. Students cannot register by mail.
COST AND COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Tuition fees are payable by Cash, Check Money Order, Discover, VISA, or MasterCard only. The school reserves the right to cancel any class for which there is insufficient enrollment at no cost to the student. (Discounts are offered to former Itec completers who are interested in enrolling in new courses)
Refunds will be granted for any class the school cancels. Students requesting refunds or class changes must do so in writing before the second-class meeting. There are no refunds issued after the first week of class. All refunds are subject to a one hundred dollar USD ($100.00 USD) processing fee and may take up thirty (30) days to process. Refunds will be subject to the following terms: (i) For all refund requests made at least seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the first class or program, Itec Audio Studios will refund seventy five percent (75%) of the total cost of the course or program from which the Student is withdrawing; (ii) For all refund requests made less than seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the first class but before the beginning of the second class, Itec Audio Studios will refund fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the course or program from which the Student is withdrawing; and (iii) Any and all refund requests made after the beginning of the second class for a particular course or program are non-refundable.
If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to abide by all terms agreed and signed in the client agreement form. If the Student chooses, it may withdraw from a course or program prior to the beginning of the second class without receiving a refund. Under these circumstances, Itec Audio will make a good faith effort to provide a one-time rollover for your enrollment into a subsequent date that your course or program may be offered, but Itec Audio makes no representation whatsoever that any course or program will be offered at any particular time again in the future. Itec Audio Studios reserves the right to send overdue payments or refusal of payments to a collection agency. Due to small class sizes and limited amount of space we are unable to offer transfers or holds on any courses or workshops.
